Sample can be free, but it’s freight collect or you pay us the shipping cost in advance.
Quality comes first. we have professional QC team to control quality during and after production. Any quality issue, we will deal
with it immediately.
3.About Lead Time:
With stock items, 5-10days.
For bulk production, 25-35days. It depend on the order details.
4. About Package:
Our normal safe package is master carton or pallet.
But customized package is also available,such as individual inner box, assembly packaging, do label stickers...
5. About color confirmation :
When we do post processing production, for example, printing and painting, Factory will confirm the color with pre-production
sample or by Pantone color card. To make sure the color is same or extremely as your need.
6.About Breakage: As we all know, glass items are fragile cargo,so under 1% breakage is reasonable.
we will send some spare items to make sure order quantity is absolutely enough.
In case of serious damage due to our packing, we will compensate you in next order.
